PAYMENT OPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Payments are processed via SportsPay, accepting: Visa, Mastercard, or Visa/Mastercard Debit.

Upon registration, a 20% deposit is required immediately. The remaining balance will be split into two equal payments due on August 1^st and October 1^st. You may also choose to pay in full at registration, but cancellation fees still apply as outlined below.

Failure to submit payment by the scheduled dates may result in your player losing their spot in the OAAA.

All fees are based on scheduled ice time and may only be modified by the OAAA Executive.

CANCELLATION FEES

A player is only considered cancelled once an email is sent to the Registrar at [email protected].

• Cancel on or before August 1, 2025: Full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
• Cancel between August 1^st and September 30^th, 2025: Full refund of fees paid minus a $100 administration fee.
• No refunds on or after October 1^st, 2025.
