2019-20 Hockey Coach Evaluations
Hello Hockey Parents!
We hope you are all staying safe during these challenging times!
Your OAAA Hockey Committee is asking our hockey parents from our 2019-20 season to evaluate their kid’s coaching staff.
Your input will assist us in providing feedback to the coaching staff and will assist in future coach selection processes.
This year, the Coaching Evaluation Form is only online and can be found on our website under the Parents & Players tab.
Please take a few minutes to evaluate the bench staff from your child’s team.
All surveys are confidential and will not be disclosed to the coaching staff.
