As we near the end of the hockey season, the OAAA Hockey Committee is seeking feedback from parents.
On our website under the 'Parents & Players' section is a Coaching Evaluation Form.
We are asking for parents to fill out this form, good or bad, which will assist us in our future selection of coaches and the future operation of the hockey league in general.
The majority of the form is about your child's coaches but there is one question at the end which allows for overall comments about the OAAA, the arena, our staff and anything else you would want to comment about.
