Orono teams had a great showing at the CHL Championship Weekend on April 5–6, 2025.
Orono Team 1 took home championships in both the U11 and U15 divisions. In the U15 final, the Leafs edged out Clarington #7 with a 3–2 win Saturday evening. Captain Cameron Walter scored the game-winner in the third period to seal the gold.
