THANK YOU!
Submitted By OAAA Admin on Sunday, April 4, 2021
As the unusual 2020-21 hockey season has now officially come to an end, the OAAA Hockey Committee and the OAAA Board wish to thank everyone who had a role in making the season the best it could be under the circumstances!

We know that this past season has been a challenge for everyone involved and we are so grateful for those who went beyond what is normally asked of them to make the season work.

Thank you to the coaches, assistant coaches, trainers and managers!  You all are under-recognized in our opinion!  We thank you for dedicating so much of your time to the kids and for implementing the program so it would be a success.

Thank you to the parents!  This year was like no other and we thank you for staying with us, keeping your kids in the program and trusting our OAAA and arena protocols would keep your kids safe while at the arena.  We also thank you for understanding and complying with all the COVID rules and protocols put in place.  We know some of them were tough to abide by!

Thank you to the kids!  Our kids were great this season!  Thank you for getting dressed at home or in the parking lot while sitting on the gate of your Dad's pickup truck.  Thank you for hustling to get off the ice and out of the arena so the next group would get on the ice on time.  Thank you for understanding that we couldn't play games but you still gave it all in practices!

Thank you to the arena staff - Steve, Elaine, Larry, Brian, Jamie, Craig, Brianna, Nolan, Jack and Sam!  Your hard work to keep everyone safe at the arena did not go unnoticed!

We are planning for a normal season for 2021-22.  Watch your email for registration information.

Stay safe and have a great off-season!  We hope to see you all in Septmeber!
