In accordance with the direction from the Province, the Municipality and the OMHA, our arena has had to implement some 'Proof of Vaccination' protocols.
Please be mindful that your OAAA board or the Arena Staff have NO DISCRETION WHATSOEVER to loosen or change these rules.
OAAA board members will be at the arena each night to facilitate the new rules.
Reminder: You must still scan the QR code when arriving at the arena for contact tracing. Masks must be worn at all times inside the facility.
Proof of Vaccination Requirements:
12-17 year old Players, Timekeepers, Referees and Volunteers:
You do not need to show vaccination proof to get into the arena
Full vaccination is required to play hockey in Orono this season by October 31, 2021
Adults 18 and older NOT including Bench Staff, Volunteers, Timekeepers and Referees:
Proof of full vaccination, as well as ID needs to be shown at the door prior to entry to the arena (photo ID or any identification confirming name and date of birth)
Full vaccination is required to play/participate in hockey this season by October 31, 2021
Spectators aged 12 and above:
Proof of full vaccination, as well as ID needs to be shown at the door prior to entry to the arena (photo ID or any identification confirming name and date of birth)
Please note that full vaccination is complete after 14 days have passed from 2nd vaccination dose being administered.
