As we expected, a full return to hockey begins on Monday January 31st.
For our local league teams, the schedule picks up right where it left off. The schedule is loaded at oaaa.ca for all LL teams. Some teams will jump right back into games depending on the schedule.
There are some minor changes to the COVID protocols for the arena.
- Arena capacity is 50% but that has not been an issue previously for us
- The canteen will be
open but food & drinks must be consumed sitting down in the bleacher area
- There is no outside food or drinks allowed in the arena (players can still have
water bottles)
- There is no loitering in the lobby area
- Masks must be worn - no exceptions
- anyone 12+ years old MUST show their government-issued QR code and ID to
enter the arena
- the arena contact tracing form MUST be filled out prior to entry
